4. PRODUCTS AND PRICES
All products described on the website are subject to availability and may be removed from the catalog without prior notice. Product prices include VAT at the legal rate in force in Portugal, unless otherwise indicated.
Dermia reserves the right to change product prices at any time without prior notice, but always respecting orders already placed.
5. PAYMENT
Available payment methods include Mbway, Multibanco, Credit Cards, Payshop, and PayPal. Payment is due at the time of purchase, and Dermia will only process the order after payment confirmation.
6. ORDERS AND DELIVERY
After payment confirmation, Dermia will process the order within 48 business hours. Deliveries are made via CTT to addresses within Portugal. The estimated delivery time for mainland Portugal varies from 7 to 14 business days and for the islands (Azores and Madeira) varies from 14 to 20 business days after payment confirmation.
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and added to the total order amount. In cases of force majeure, Dermia is not responsible for delivery delays.
7. RIGHT OF FREE RESOLUTION
Under applicable Portuguese law, the consumer has the right to cancel the purchase contract within 14 days, without needing to justify the reason, from the date of receipt of the product. The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, without signs of use, and with the original packaging, whenever applicable.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must notify Dermia using a form that we provide through our customer service channels. The return of the products will be at the consumer's own risk and expense.
8. Consumer Guarantees and Rights
Dermia guarantees that all products sold comply with the contract and applicable legislation, offering a minimum 2-year warranty for durable goods, as stipulated by the Consumer Code in Portugal.
If the product has a manufacturing defect, the consumer is entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund, as appropriate.

Dermia will not be liable for any damage, direct or indirect, resulting from the use of the website or the purchase of products. However, in the event of a defect in the products, liability will be limited to the value of the purchase made, in accordance with the rights provided by law.
11. APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Portuguese law. Any dispute relating to these Terms will be submitted to the Portuguese courts, unless the consumer is a party to the proceedings and opts for a different forum in accordance with the provisions of applicable law.

12. FINAL PROVISIONS
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Dermia may transfer, assign, or subcontract the rights and obligations arising from these Terms and Conditions without the user's prior consent.
