Right of Free Resolution

Under current legislation, consumers have the right to cancel a distance purchase contract, without needing to justify the reason, within 14 days of receiving the product.

How to exercise the right of withdrawal:

• The deadline to exercise the right of withdrawal is 14 days from the date of receipt of the product or the signing of the contract.
• To exercise this right, the consumer must notify Dermia of their decision to terminate the contract by sending an email to ajuda@dermiapt.com or using our Contract termination form.
• The consumer can choose to use the model of contract termination form Below, but it's not mandatory.

Contract termination form template :

• Recipient: [Company name, address, and email].
• I, [consumer name], hereby notify you of the termination of the contract relating to the purchase of the product [product name] made on [purchase date].
• Consumer signature (if on paper).

Product Returns :

• After exercising the right of withdrawal, the consumer has 14 days to return the products to our store.
• The costs of returning products are the responsibility of the consumer, except in cases of defects or errors in delivery.
• The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered, with the original packaging and showing no signs of use.

Refunds :

• Dermia undertakes to refund the full amount of the order, including shipping costs, within 14 days of exercising the right of withdrawal. However, Dermia may delay the refund until it receives the returned goods or until the consumer provides proof that the return has been made.
