Our Shipping Policy has been developed in accordance with the laws and regulations of Portugal, aiming to protect your rights as a consumer.
Delivery Times:
Delivery times for mainland Portugal range from 7 to 14 business days, and for the islands (Azores and Madeira) from 14 to 20 business days after payment confirmation. Tracking codes will be provided to you, our customer, 3 to 5 business days after the product is shipped.
Lost and Delayed Items:
In case of loss or if delivery exceeds 30 days after payment confirmation, we will fully refund the purchase price. Although the delivery time is subject to the efficiency of the postal service, it usually varies between 7 and 15 days on average. The final delivery deadline is up to 30 days.
If the deadline is exceeded, we recommend that you contact our support team to clarify the reasons for the delay.
Logistics problems:
If you identify a problem with the delivery logistics, we will issue a FULL refund of your purchase after the verification steps are completed.
Delivery Address:
Please ensure you provide the correct address for delivery. We are not responsible for address errors on the customer's part. If there are proven unsuccessful delivery attempts (up to a maximum of 3 attempts), you will need to pick up the order at the nearest post office to your address. Remember that storage fees apply if the order is not picked up within 7 consecutive days, with the fee amount determined by the weight/volume of the product.

Our products are shipped directly from our suppliers located in the United States, Asia, and Europe. We have industry expertise and a specialized team for marketing products from solid partnerships with key suppliers, providing innovative, exclusive products at excellent prices. There are situations where an order may be delivered in one or more shipments, as products may be shipped from different suppliers. In these cases, you will receive a tracking code for each shipment.
