Quality Guarantee and Manufacturing Defects:
All products from Dermia offers a warranty against manufacturing defects because we want you to have complete confidence in the items you purchase from us.
Exchanges for different or defective products:
If you receive a product that is different from what you ordered or that has a manufacturing defect, follow these steps:
- Please inform our team via email within 3 days of receiving the item, attaching clear photos of the defect or incorrect product.
- We will review your complaint within 2 business days and, if confirmed, we will offer the following options:
- Sending a new product identical to the one ordered.
- Sending a product of similar value.
- Issuance of a coupon for the value of the product for future purchases.
Inadequate Size:
Please check the measurements provided for each product before purchasing. According to the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code, we do not accept returns due to incorrect sizing, unless the issue is a manufacturing defect.
Regarding Delivery and Responsibility for Products:
We are not responsible for the integrity of the packaging during transport. Some of our products are shipped directly from partner factories in the European Union, USA, and Asia, ensuring diversity and quality. In case of external damage, contact the carrier immediately.
Consumer Legislation:
Our policy is aligned with Article 18 of the Portuguese Consumer Protection Code, ensuring exchanges for products with manufacturing defects.
Returns and Refunds:
According to Article 13 of Decree-Law No. 24/2014, the consumer has 14 days to return the product after communicating the termination of the contract. The return costs are the responsibility of the consumer, unless:
- The supplier agrees to bear these costs.
- The consumer was not informed beforehand that they would have to pay the return shipping costs.
